Blowing Kisses

Every time we talked to Aunt Kinsey on Skype she always blows Drew a kiss but Drew has never done it back. Yesterday we were talking to Staci on Skype and she started blowing Drew kisses. Out of nowhere Drew started blowing them back. I got a picture on my camera when he was doing it. It was so cute! He was blowing me kisses in the bath last night and blowing kisses to Daddy when we were talking to him on the phone. He is doing so many new things if only he would walk!!

Football Sundays

Drew has really been interested in watching football this year. Sounds like a man, right? I captured a couple pictures this afternoon of him sitting in his chair watching the games. He has not been able to watch the games with his daddy yet this year but when we get back from Oklahoma he will get his first experience. I can just imagine how much he will enjoy watching football with his daddy.

My Blanket

The past couple days Drew has really been attached to his blue blanket from Aunt Kinsey. I washed it the other day because it was getting dirty and he would not take any other blanket. He didn't want anything to do with them. He now has to bring it out of his crib when he wakes up in the morning and from nap. At night when he starts getting tired he lays it out on the floor and then lays on top of it. Last night he was carrying it with him all over the living room.

I can feed myself!

Drew has really been trying to help me feed him when I use a spoon. Last night I made him pancakes with applesauce and decided to let him do it by himself. I would put the pancake on the spoon and then let him feed himself. He did an awesome job! We did not have much of a mess to clean up when we were done with dinner. He was so proud of himself too!

One More Week

We are so excited because we get to pick Dean up in a week. He has been gone for two weeks now. Drew will pick my phone up and say Da and act like he is talking to him. He will also say Da when he sees Dean's car sitting in the drive way. He loves getting into the TV cabinet to get Dean's XBOX stuff. He tries to put the headphones on like Dean and will push the buttons on the controller. He definitely tries to be like Daddy.
